Texas is once again above the national average in credit card delinquencies – but not by much. TransUnion is reporting the 90 day credit card delinquency rate  in Texas was at 0.68%, that’s slightly above the national average of 0.63%. There is one silver lining. Texas is  below the national average on 90 day home mortgage delinquencies – at just 4.4%. The national average is a whopping 5.49%.
